All Bell Tents Canvas’s are treated with mould, rot and water repellent. We recommend you re-proof the canvas after approximately a year; dependant on how frequently it is used, however we generally recommend reproofing after 52-60 weeks.

Please note we do not offer a free returns service; you are required to pay for any unwanted return or alternatively you can use our renegotiated courier services. Please contact us for return address and ensure to include your customer order details with the package, as we are unable to process the returned goods without this information. Before returning your purchase, please ensure the goods are in the same condition as they were originally sent. Unwanted products must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Product must not have been used or assembled in any way. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. We recommend that you get proof of postage for any returns. East Coast Glamping Inc. retains the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed not to be resalable. Once we have received the item and confirmed that it is unused, we will issue a full refund, excluding the cost of shipping for both directions.
Returns from outside Canada: East Coast Glamping Inc. cannot arrange any collections of unwanted or faulty goods from outside Canada. If your order is faulty, we will ask you to arrange the shipping of the goods back to us and we will credit you the shipping amount once we have received a receipt showing the full amount. We will also request a tracking number for products returned so we are able to track the parcel. If you simply wish to return unwanted goods, then you will have to cover the return delivery charge. Faulty Damaged Goods
We offer a 10 month warranty for our tents against any manufacturing defects and are additionally able to accommodate with any spare parts and accessories. Due to the complexity of camping our warranty does not apply to damage that is not from a manufacturing defect. Our tents have been built to withstand extreme weather conditions however the warranty does not include damage transpired from hostile environments. We advise that if your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, to take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we are able to confirm the defect or damage and resolve the issue immediately.

Poor/Faulty Stitching Missing parts For manufacturing defects and damage during transit, we offer our customers a ‘Swap it Service’ for deliveries within the Canada; our courier will come to you with the new product and swap it at your doorstep for the old one.

On all other purchases other than tents, if goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery or not of satisfactory quality, please contact East Coast Glamping Inc. within seven working days of receipt of the goods. We will, at our option, deliver replacement goods or refund the price paid.
All goods which you intend to return must be kept in good condition whilst in your possession.
